We are a family of 4 staying in Garmisch and looking for a English-speaking tour or driver on Dec. 26 to visit a couple of the castles (Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, perhaps). Any suggestions?

Try the link below, John is out of Munich but maybe he can arrange to pick you up in Garmisch. I would also try the Information center in Garmisch. It is at the end of the Kurpark.

If you are staying at the Eidelweiss resort, they have lots of tours in English.
