I am going to Hamburg for 4 days. I am wandering is that a good time for shopping ? I mean about discounts and such :) I am from eastern europe and not incredibly rich, so would love to have a chance to buy something cheaper :)
Also could someone suggest me some nice shops ? Like quality shoes, jackets, and so on (I like the alternative and such stile to be precise).
Will love to get any feedback.
