River boat dock in Nuremberg to Park Inn

What would be the most economical way to get from the river boat dock in Nuremberg to the Park Inn?

And, also, from the Park Inn to the railway station for a train to Munich.

Because the cheapest option to Munich will be to use regional trains on a Bavaria Ticket. EUR 28,00 for 2-5 persons. This ticket covers also all local public transport in Nuremberg and Munich. Bavaria Ticket is valid
