Have we got the location right?

Hi; We have booked a weekend (three nights) at hotel Mondial, Kurfürstendamm 47.

We are going sightseeing (already booked the Insider Tours), shopping, dining and hopefully we%26#39;ll have time for one of the Christmas Markets as well.

1. Do you think this will be an ok location for what we plan to do?

2. Is there any good shopping opportunities nearby? (preferably woman%26#39;s clothes), or should we go to some other are?

Three weeks to go - can%26#39;t wait!

Kurfürstendamm is the main shopping street of Berlin.

There is also a Christmas Market around the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church at Breitscheidplatz - the eastern end of Kurfürstendamm.

Sounds good. It%26#39;s nice to know we seem to have chosen the right place to stay since we are visiting for the first time and only have 2 1/2 days.
