Hi I am attending the Christmas Market on 1 December and was wondering how cold will it be will I need to get the thermals out. Thanks in advance.

Predictions are always hard, but I suggest it will be around 3°C

Temperatures can vary between -10°C and +15°C. More detailed predictions are impossible. Warm boots with inlay soles are most recommended.
If you need thermals depends on you. I have never owned any.
