Could not find any hint on this.
There are only cooperations with some travel agencies. If you e.g..buy a ticket with them for a Lufthansa flight this will work in this way.

Otherwise a single ticket is EUR 2,30.

Normally, you CANNOT use the local transportation with a Lufthansa ticket.
If your ticket does not include local transportation you have to pay EUR 40 as penalty.
