Bremen Airport to Hamburg...any advice (please!)

Hi

Wondering what the best option is to travel from Bremen airport to Hamburg?

I know there is a bus that goes direct, but apparently there are very bad roadworks between Bremen and Hamburg at the moment?

I would take the tram to the central station and then the train. The road works on th emotorway are indeed horrendous. I think there are 6 or 7 of them, each about 7 km long, so you are basically just driving 60km/hour, if you are lucky, for the whole stretch of motorway.
