My husband and I will be making the following trips on night train December 2009:
Amsterdam to Berlin on 4 Dec in a double sleeper cabin
Berlin to Krakow on 6 Dec in a double sleeper cabin
Krakow to Vienna on 8 Dec in a double sleeper cabin
Munich to Venice on 12 Dec in a double sleeper cabin
He had a back operation a few years ago and would not be able to travel via seat or couchette reservation. I have been unable to find an online system that will allow night train bookings with eurail pass discount. I have checked railplus.com.au and raileurope.com.au, but the prices quoted online versus the eventual confirmed price is almost double (243 per couple online, 661 confirmed per couple).
Are there any issues in terms of availability if we just book the night train cabins ionce we get to Europe?
