Karlsruhe-Baden to Stuttgart

Hi,

I am looking to spend the weekend 28-30th November in Stuttgart and can purchase flights with RyanAir for £10 from London to Baden.

The flight gets to Baden at 6.30pm, but on bahn.de it says the last journey to Stuttgart is at this time, which I would not make with security etc to go through!

Is this the only option or does bahn.de not include buses which run to baden baden because it did surprise me that there are not any trains later than 6.30!

Thanks

Calum

Connections starting by bus from the terminal at the airport the last two are at 19.44 and 20.32.

And they are designed after the flights, so there´s no need to worry you´d miss it. The bus will take you to Baden-Baden Airport and from there you´ll go by train (and even if sth happens, the last trains from baden-baden to stuttgart leave at about 23.00)

There´s no need to worry for you, you´ll get to Stuttgart that evening by bus/train.

Thanks very much! You%26#39;ve been more than helpful :-)

Hi Churley,

As Whomario says there is no need to worry - I think you have put Baden in Switzerland onto the DB website as opposed to Baden Baden. There is at least one train every hour to Stuttgart from Baden Baden which only takes an hour!

DB timetable

From: FKB Baden-Airpark

To: Stuttgart

The *problem* are the poor bus connections from the airport to Baden-Baden on a Saturday evening. Not the trains.

bus #205 timetable (DB timetable knows about it however)

Baden-Baden with a hyphen in the middle, otherwise www.bahn.de is likely to mess things up and search for a different place.
